Digital Tickets

All tickets sold on this website are digital unless otherwise stated.

Digital tickets are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct. Tickets are usually delivered instantly, but in some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours.

No physical tickets are shipped.

All merchandise orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom & Internationally. 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. During busy periods or around event dates, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Royal Mail Standard, 2 to 5 business days

  • Royal Mail Tracked, 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and delivery method selected for your order.


Order Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping option, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with Royal Mail.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
