Digital Tickets

All tickets sold on this website are digital unless otherwise stated.

Digital tickets are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct. Tickets are usually delivered instantly, but in some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours.

No physical tickets are shipped.

Merchandise Shipping

All merchandise orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Royal Mail Standard, 2 to 5 business days

  • Royal Mail Tracked, 1 to 3 business days

Live Event Tickets

All live event ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once purchased. This includes postponed or rescheduled events unless otherwise stated by the event organiser.


Merchandise Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on merchandise from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided by email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to an address within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions. This does not apply to live event tickets or non-returnable items.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support.
