Returns and Refunds Policy

Live Event Tickets

All live event ticket sales are final.

Tickets for live events are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once purchased. This applies to all digital and physical tickets, including postponed or rescheduled events, unless otherwise stated by the event organiser.

Please ensure all event details are correct before completing your purchase.


Merchandise Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on merchandise, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm the return address by email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Where applicable, a return shipping label will be issued with full instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Live event tickets

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above and include proof of purchase. This right does not apply to live event tickets or non-returnable items listed in this policy.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
